Articles
Article 1. Objective
The goals include the following activities: practicing and promoting the bouldering sport in the broadest sense of the word.
Article 2. Invitation to annual General Members' Meeting
The invitation to the meeting and the agenda are sent to all members by e-mail.
Article 3. Annual General Members' Meeting
The General Members' Meeting (ALV) is only competent to take decisions if a minimum number of voting members are present. It is only accessible to members and invitees.
Article 4. Voting during the ALV
A member who is absent can authorize another member in writing to vote. A member can at most represent 2 other members.
Article 5. Sanctions, termination of membership
Members owe membership fees. Resignation must be done in writing to the Secretary before May 1st. Sanctions apply to late payments.
Article 7-11. Board Tasks
The board is responsible for general and specific tasks, chaired by the Chair, administered by the Secretary, and financially managed by the Treasurer. Financial actions are constrained by ALV decisions.
Article 12. Outdoor trips
Participants in trips must adhere to the travel rules. They are obliged to be insured against accidents (see Travel Insurance).
Article 13. Material
Members have the right to borrow/rent materials from the association if available and used responsibly.
Article 14. Donors
One can become a donor for an annual fee, gaining access to activities but without voting rights.
Article 15 & 16. Motor vehicles & Driving damage
Fines are the responsibility of the driver. In the case of damage to a rented vehicle, the deductible is generally shared among participants, unless caused by recklessness.
Article 17. Training
Members have the right to participate in training sessions and must adhere to the code of conduct.
Article 18. Confidential Contact Persons
In case of unacceptable behavior, a confidential contact person can be contacted.
Article 19. Final provisions
Changes to these Rules are made via the ALV. The Board decides in cases not covered by the articles.
