Code of Conduct

UBoulder's code of conduct: how we treat each other in the gym, on trips and during activities.

Be kind. Then we will be kind to you too.

At UBoulder we maintain an open and friendly culture. This is reflected in our mixed group of members. Young and old, women and men, beginners and advanced climbers, Dutch and international, humans and animals: we are all part of UBoulder.

The code of conduct is intended to indicate what we as an association do and do not tolerate. Our rules are conceived and proposed by the members themselves. Together we discuss the culture we want to maintain. We hope that the rules are self-evident and that members strive for them of their own accord. Our rules serve as a refresher in unusual cases.

If you find yourself in a situation that does not comply with our code of conduct, you can contact our confidential contact persons.
