What is a sports club without training? Naturally UBoulder offers her members an opportunity for growth and training

Every Sunday evening between 7PM and 9PM all UBoulder members are welcome to join the open training at boulderhal Sterk, supplied by one (or more) of our UBoulder trainers, recognisable by their UBoulder trainer shirt.

The training has a systematic setup, starting with an extensive warm-up. Following this we move over to the bouldering wall, ‘cause the best way to train for bouldering is to boulder! On the bouldering wall most of our exercises take place – focusing on things like footwork, dynos, static moves and all the other aspects of climbing.

When we’re finished with the different exercises, we move over to some fun games to bring the newly learned skills into practice. After the training, everyone is free to continue to climb on their own leisure or alternatively move over to the bar for some drinks  with other members.

Let’s gather for lunch break sessions! In this limited edition series we train for 6 weeks on Tuesday 12:00-14:30 at Sterk (old one). The focus is on discovering and enjoying movement. Every week has exercises related by theme, with several progressions/regressions. All levels are welcome!
